KFC Manurewa

We ordered 2 x boxes of regular popcorn chicken and got told to park up. We waited close to 15minutes before I went in to ask where our order was. They forgot about us. Offered us a large chips as compensation with an apology.

I have a very good experience with manurewa kfc..The customer service is very good..I appreciate the efforts of all the staff members...always welcome with warm smile.. Thanks.

Besides sometimes not filling the chips till its peaking out the box & needing a new supplier for their chicken as its tiny baby chickens, I really can’t fault this place for anything else. Food is always spot on, never had to return anything thats always a plus in my books & service is quick. Can’t complain. Good work Team

Very bad quality chicken. Wanted to take it back but no use traveling back and forth. Lucky my son didnt eat it.

The customer service is good ...but I had to ask for fresh chicken after returning from home seeing dry chicken that looked like it had been sitting for a while in the warmer.

Went through Drive Thru and after I had placed my order I got up to the pickup window and she told me AFTER I PAID that she told me I had to wait for my chicken she didnt then she lied to me and told me it will take 20mins it took 40mins.

Staff are rude, krushers are horrible and wicked wings are yuck. Only thing i like is the decent sized snack box's

Manurewa kfc wasn't too bad yesterday, maybe cause it wasn't busy
