Worst kfc I’ve EVER had! Chicken tasted like it was deep fried in canola oil, more like homemade chicken or something you’d find in the fridge at 2am looking for leftovers, definitely wasn’t the original secret seasoning recipe.. disgusting. Waited in line for 30 minutes to get back to the table with no extra salt on my chips.. chicken just rubbish, coke was flat, service was appalling. Better luck next time, would love my money back. Waste of time.
I was there at approximately 3.00am to 4.30 am yesterday morning 29th November 2022. When we arrived there was vomit on the floor towards the counter which someone had put a wet floor sign out and never bothered to clean it up. It didn't matter where you sat you could smell it. Absolutely disgusting!! The service was terrible. The barista was very unprofessional and her hygiene standards were not flash. A dirty disgusting cloth lying on the counter. Her and the Indian lady were too busy gossiping and complaining about their job's instead of serving. The whole experience was terrible. KFC was the only thing open after landing at the Airport after a very long flight. Your staff need to be retained in Customer Service and I will be getting rid of your current Barista as she is very unprofessional and you will be loosing sales having her there. Could someone please contact me regarding this as my experience was shocking and I would to discuss this further . Thank you
Worst KFC I’ve ever had. First of all they ran out of burgers, no worries I’ll get a 3pce box. I went at 7:30pm so only a couple of other people ordering/waiting. I waited 10 mins to get my order so I thought they must’ve been waiting on fresh chips or chicken. Chicken was the furthest from fresh - chewy and Luke warm. It was obviously far past its hold time. Potato and gravy tasted off and almost chemically. not sure if that’s because I’m used to Australian KFC? Also couldn’t swap the bread roll out for anything which you can do in aus. The bread roll I had no choice but to include was of course hard and stale. Skip this KFC and get something else
Inside the auckland airport the male server was rude and unprofessional. My mother ordered a wicked box and was trying to order a single piece of chicken to which the server replied that you have to order what is on the menu. To my knowledge you can order separate items....... while she was still ordering another male customer can along and the server left my mums order and served the new customer. The only saving grase for this store was the manager. The manager apologized and offered a free meal which we declined. The purpose was for her to talk to the server and if possible provide more training.
Absolutely disgusting!! The place smelt of urine mixed with vomit ! Staff were appalling! Kept getting my order wrong because of her ridiculous acrylic nails , and she was supposed to be the manager but had such a bad attitude! Not sure how this place is still in business! Our kids couldn’t even use Facilities as they were dirty and had a very strong odour ‍ stay clear from this place and avoid it at all cost overall horrible !! Wish I could give it no stars

I am sick & tired of paying fullnprice for half meals!!! I don't care if you people are busy. Check the meal you're packing is correct. We don't have time to drive out there again just to correct our orders. The burger I received also looked like its been sitting there for hours. Pathetic
Drive-thru Eftpos was broken down. There was no sign up so we had to wait stuck I the line u till the people who had ordered got their order. Waste of time and gas.
