The worst Gimme Five today! The chickens are soo small, you can see by comparing it with the Colonel logo on its tissue paper. 10/06/2023 ordered online at 5:30pm for pick up at 5:50pm. Arrived at 5:50pm and order was not ready, still had to wait 20mins. Girl working kept saying “online orders aren’t ready”.. isn’t it a matter of picking and packing the order? Why bother ordering online for pick up when online orders are not a priority. Just get rid of the online order option. Got my order and chicken is extremely oily and soggy, see pictures. Look how much oil is on the bottom of the box, it’s soaked and falling apart. Waste of paying $30 for the Value Meal 6pieces chicken, large fries and large potato&gravy.
Went today around 12 30 for lunch. It took over 20 minutes from time of order to getting my food. I understand if very busy, but there was only 5 of us in the store, and all of us had to wait a long time. Appeared under staffed.Food: 4/5
The crews has attitude problem! The old crew saw us waiting and rudely asked for our order number. We said 009 then she gave 008. When we said it was not ours, she was so annoyed that our order hasnt come thru online order another crew came dont know if she was the manager or what but her face was so annoyingly rude! They told us our order hasnt came thru so we said it’s fine. Order was supposed to be picked up 4:52 but it was just 4:43. They said order just came thru. They gave our order at 5:06!!!! Everyone was so rude in this branch! They couldn’t smile and worst they have rude face!
Their new internal order kiosk are a joke. Take you money without reciept. Then staff with bad attitudes need proof the order has gone thru. Its their machine - their scam. Dont use them. I am now boycotting KFC for good.
Waited at the speaker for 5mins and said hello 3 times, no one answered. And when they finally did, they couldn't even perform the task of putting extra seasoning on my chips. Should be a jailable offense in my opinion. Dinner ruined. Thanks for the great service. Sarcasm, just incase u don't realise. Disappointed at best
Manager needs some intensive training in customer service, terrible management of his team and working to resolve mistakes. Half of our order we didnt get, wrong drinks no sauce, we will never be back, if i could give them no star if that was a option. 0/10
Most unhelpful manager, either not able or not willing to print a receipt to reclaim food money from work. I explained that I do not have a phone but to no use. She told me it will only show up on their system after 30 minutes. Wont see me again!Food: 2/5
The worst KFC I've ever had. Went thru drive thru. Chips were cold & soggy, no seasoning. No potato in the potato & gravy & the only drinks available were cans of drinks. Could see thru the window out of order signs on all the drinks machines. No explanation about replacement drinks. No comment made by staff member when paying for food or when passing food thru.
Large drive through for a KFC so you don't lose a bumper in the quest for chicken. Like all KFC locations taking the order is the slowest process then they turn around and make the order so everyone else who's not ordered stands around waiting. But apart from the service was good and the chicken nom nom.
