Got a Zinger Mozzarella Burger from KFC Greymouth to unravel this delicious beauty. Yes, I had to add bacon, so worth doing so as the flavor was outstanding. I expected the classic KFC juiciness, but the chicken fell short. It felt dry and a bit hard, lacking that tender, freshly cooked bite. The flavor was familiar, yet the texture made it less enjoyable. With better freshness and care in cooking, this could easily be improved. KFC has the legacy—now it just needs consistency to honor it.
