I love their original recipe which is only $6. The gentleman at the drive thru was very nice even we spend a lot of time when deciding. Unfortunately, their coleslaw was not available. I will recommend the coleslaw as my hubby love it much.Food: 5/5
Took an hour to process a standard order while the drive-through moved through at a reasonable pace. No explanation given for the huge delay and the order was missing several items even with all that extra time to prepare it. Actually, REALLY disappointed.
Food is extremely hit or miss, lines are way too long and they always don't have items or get the order wrong. Last 2 times I've gone they've given me completely regular orders when I've ordered large just to name one problem.
While there's kind and generous people behind the counter, you've first got to get them whilst they're busy preparing and boxing things up so even asking for ice or an extra spoon could take up to a minute even without a queue to wait behind. Late evening Saturday night was fairly busy and that might also be a cause for why the floors and tables were a bit in need of a clean. As for the place, there's seating inside and the same or more outside.
Paid $12 for a Zinger stacker burger but got normal chicken substituted. It was the most abysmal offering I have ever seen. A sloppy mess. Sets a new low standard for takeaway food.
It’s a American style takeaways that’s been here in New Zealand for quite a number of years now and has changed their menu with what they have available,but I find personally everything has gotten smaller in your orders and the quality just isn’t like it used to be especially from store to store,but most of that would be franchise holders after the money and just relying on the name and advertising,personally I’ve decided to use other fried chicken takeaways now,because of the massive drop in quality especially Kaikarai Valley franchise.
The queue for drive through was long. Our first thought was how quickly the queue was moving. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient. We were very impressed!
Overall a great kfc to dine at! Besides the construction happening at the moment which is out of their control the experience was and is generally great! Personally this is my go to KFC in Dunedin!!Food: 4/5
Terrible service tonight. They had no chicken, zinger burgers and twisters. I waited for 15 minutes to be told that they had pretty much nothing to eat. Really disappointed.
I ordered a 'regular' potato and gravy. I got, maybe, half a tablespoon of potato with the rest being gravy. Not only that, but the container was tiny. So not worth the money! Probably won't be back.
