We went through drive through on 22 January 2026 around 8.30pm and ordered a 16 piece pack with thigh combination only to find out we got 2 thigh pieces out of 16. I could've understood if we got 3 and not 4 but 2 thigh s after asking for a thigh combination? ‍ not good. Also our 3 chips were cold nAfter making my order I always make it a thing now to say nothing else. Then as they try and repeat my order back at me I quickly slip in nothing else again. After saying it the 3rd time to the drive through lady she then says...is that all? ‍‍ I then said, I Literally told you 3 times nothing else, what part did you not understand? they should also be more respectful next time. I can honestly say now, I will be checking my order more thoroughly next time or just not going back again.nnOh I forgot to mention, I found a hair in my chicken
I’d like to compliment the young man who helped me at the self service screen on Saturday right 21 Feb. He’s the definition of service with a smile.nHe was proactive as he quickly came along to check I was okay with my order, however I’d encountered an error on the screen and he sorted it out quickly for me.nHe went on to surprise and delight all the customers that were in there at the time by giving out free KFC Bucket Hats.nHe was very diligent and attentive and even made sure that my order was correct when I opened it up to double check.nIt’s so refreshing to have such positive and happy customer service. Keep up the great work ethic young man, this branch is lucky to have you.
I was really disappointed with the service at this KFC. The staff showed no basic courtesy or patience, and it felt like everything was just thrown at customers. Every time I started my sentence with “Could I…”, the staff would simply turn away and walk off before I even finished.nnI understand KFC is a large international chain, but basic customer service should still be standard. A little politeness, acknowledgment, and proper training would make a huge difference. This experience definitely needs improvement.
Great experience at this KFC! The service was very nice, and the food was delivered quickly. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. Will definitely come back!
Wow! Vibe has been totally changed and chicken has been upgraded! I am so grateful to have KFC at Botany! Shame! I had already done my food so I can’t upload the right pics.
