We ordered in from this store, and quit possibly was the worse decision we ever made. They didn't supply the drink which we ordered, the chips looked a day old, stale and no taste, and as for the chicken, it was a joke, dry, tasteless, and pretty disgusting. We couldn't finish eating it as it was just foul. What the hell has happened to the quality of our takeaways these days? Seriously not impressed, and I urge others to really think hard about ordering from this store...We will never get KFC from Birkenhead ever again
So order a double down and it's the size of a snack burger for 13 dollars, ridiculous and my order was wrong can't get hold of store, terrible
This is the worst KFC I've been to, and unfortunately, it is the closest to us, though we now drive out of our way to Takapuna to get good food and service. So many times our order was wrong, and with only discovering it once we are home, it is a big inconvenience! With a sizeable family we get a large amount of chicken, and when they half fill the bucket with the smallest drum sticks and wings you can find, it is not only disappointing, it causes issues when we get it home to the family. This branch needs a shake up!
Good and fast service from the team. Good location but limited parking during peak hours. Like any KFC, drive-through will build up during lunch and diner meal time as well as the weekends. Recommending a try next time you are in the area.
KFC Birkenhead is not my favorite branch, but was driving past. Went through the drive through and ordered the kids a snack box which comes with a burger. I was asked to wait in the car park as they were waiting for the chicken patties, waited for 5 minutes started to become a little annoyed as it had been a long day. The staff member delivered the kids meal to my window with a smile, apologised and thanked me for waiting. Food was hot and fresh with good portions. Happy in the end, I have been let down at this store before and found in the past that it was looking a bit dirty, things seemed to have improved some what.
Horrific service. Waited in line for 20/25 min to be told they had no burgers. Could have easily had someone outside telling customers there were no burgers tonight but instead make them wait for 20+ minutes then tell you when you try to order.
Just bought a hot n spicy lunch. I was asked which sauce I want by the girl , I said supercharged. I get back to home n checked there was no any sauce. Last time there was no potato gravy and they said like we have to call them n inform if there is any issues but I try to n trying to call them no response. Stupid service n waste of money.
Waited 45 mins in the drive thru to get to the ordering machine and they said they have no chicken. Tried to order burgers and got a flat no. I could not understand why there was no signs or someone telling people that were in the drive thru about the situation... its ridiculous. No respect for other peoples time or money. Can happily say I won't be back.
I love kfc but they ruined my new year Eve by sending wrong order and not even replied to my complained. I did order at 9pm to be delivered at 10pm on 24 December now you guys ran out its not my problem when it was showing on your website. Really disappointed. Just update they have refunded me money. Thanks for that but still you guys need to work on online service.
Bloody useless! They can't get an order right to save themselves. They had a guy looking in each bag of food to do I don't know what but he defensively wasn't checking to see if my order had the right food in it. I didn't get about $20 of food that's I paid for! They get a one star from me just because you have to have that as minimum to post. Make your staff read orders a pot the correct stuff for that other in the bag!
