Do everyone a favor, and please remove the counter staff member that was on today at lunchtime. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. Ended up waiting an extra 20min to pick up a online order and then was missing items. The slightest level of customer service would make a world of difference

I ordered a 3 piece paid for a 3 piece got a 2 piece and half filled chips half filled potato and gravey. Really passed off. Tried ringing and ringing, no answer and really poor service. I traveled 30 mins and left with nothing but half my order

Really annoyed, the kiosk took two lots of payment from me, I told the lady behind the counter who was really nice.nnShe then got the manager and explained the situation, the manager then asked to see the payments which I showed him.nFollowing this he called someone else I'm guessing another manager or someone maybe even higher up?nnHe came back and told me the payments are pending they will not go through, myself and the lady working the till explained that pending means the money will go out after the public holiday and that I need to be refunded one lot of money. He was certain it would not take anything and acted like he was doing me a favor and that the meal would be free as both payments wouldn't come out.nnI continued to explain how credit cards work and the meaning of a pending payments but he would not listen, 1 week later I contact kfc about this issue as money had come out twice, they had not a care in the world, no apology whatsoever.

Every single time i get kfc there is stuff missing, they need to read there orders correctly
