Story

Para su seguridad y control el proyecto cuenta con solo una entrada principal de acceso, posee una garita de control para guardias de seguridad, además de una palanca eléctrica accionada con tarjetas mágneticas.

Los departamentos tienen acabados de lujo, distribuidos por un pequeño Hall en la parte posterior para las 4 plantas altas que serán conectadas en el sentido vertical por un ascensor de última generación con capacidad para 6 personas.

Cada oficina, local comerical, departamento y suite posee un parqueo privado con una bodega para enseres contando con la seguridad respectiva. Para la comodidad de cada copropietario el condominio cuenta además con 8 parqueos para visitante.

El área social contempla un patio cómodo para recreación con parasoles y piscina y una hermosa jardinería. Junto a esta se ubica otra área cubierta para barbacoa y otros esparcimientos con los respectivos baños, vestidores y bodegas de enseres y área de juegos infantiles.


El proyecto esta dividido en 3 torres:

Las torres A Y B:

Serán destinados a viviendas, cada bloque tiene 20 departamentos.

Departamentos de 1, 2 y 3 dormitorios.

2 ascensores para cada bloque.

Parqueo para cada departamento.

8 parqueos de visitante

La torre B tendra 3 locales comerciales.


Torre C:

Será destinado a oficinas, el que tendrá 12 unidades de aproximadamente 75m2 cada una.

5 pisos en total

Area de recepción, sala de reuniones.

Parqueos exclusivo, 2 para cada oficina.

La torre de oficinas es totalmente independiente a la torre de departamentos, teniendo acceso peatonal y vehicular directo desde la Ave. Miguel H Alcívar.

La torre C tendrá 1 local comercial

El área de locales comerciales tendrá 5 parqueos externos para visitantes.

Such a down to earth yet magical place. The wine is superb, but also be sure to try the olive oil. WOAH. So amazing and flavorful. Great history and great staff. Don't forget to say hello to the two highland cows!
Awesome place to stay, great wine. Great wine tasting experience, can really get a sense of the wine making passion. Accommodation is great, super handy to Kennedy Point ferry terminal and bus services.
Came for the tiny cattle, stayed for Randy's raconteurism. Four thumbs up from Simon and Sherrie.
Very nice, tasty wine, kind service
This was the last vineyard we visited on a wine tour. Very disappointed. Would never recommend this vineyard to anyone. The one star is warded for the scenery. The owner initially came across as friendly and then it was obvious that he did not really want us there for a tasting. where do we start with all the things that were wrong.... well here goes 1. Using the same glasses for each new wine so that you had some of the last wine left per tasting in each glass 2.The owner did not want us to taste his wines. We had to ask to try as he only wanted to give some of the wines to some of the group. When asked if we could try the wine that the other were trying his response was argued with us what wines we liked. He had asked us which types of wines we preferred but that doesn't mean we only liked one type. Obviously in his world that is exactly what that means! 3. It was suppose to be a wine and food paring. Smoked Kawawai that had seem better days probably 2weeks ago was not a good paring. Never knew that would go with every wine. disappointing end to what was a really good day
What a brilliant spot, loved my time at this organic vineyard and the story behind their production is really interesting. Fabulous food! And the wine tasting... divine. My favourite was the syrah Already looking forward to planning my next visit back here!
If i could give a zero i would!!! experience was extremely disappointing to the point where we had felt racially subjected as a result of our skin colours! extremely poor experience and don’t recommend experiencing this winery if you are a person on colour
This was my favourite winery on the wine tour I did. The roses were absolutely delicious. They gave us a detailed tour and the staff were very friendly. Gardens well manicured and outdoor seating was lovely. I tried a slippery rosé which was pretty interesting! Lovely place.
Lovely area, staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Pay per wine tasting $3 each, which is nice cause you can just taste what takes your fancy. Beautiful wine
Amazing house with all the facilities. Must stay here if you are in Waiheke. The lock of one of the doors on the first floor isn't working which needs to be fixed ASAP. Apar from that it is a must visit and must recommended place to stay.
