Story

Smart Express was founded in February of 2005 by Nick Sawers and Devan Devaroyan, with the aim of bringing a high quality removals service to the Auckland region. Due to the demand for our services, the company has grown year on year. We successfully carry out between and 50 and 70 removals jobs per week.

The Management of the business have over 20 years experience in transport and logistics ranging from furniture movers, courier services, special projects, express freight and commercial consultancy.

"In 2005, Devan, Nick and Susan noticed a lack of high quality moving and delivery services in the Auckland region. So they made it their mission to change it. Using their 20+ years of combined previous experience in the freight and courier industry. They founded Smart Express in the hopes of creating an easier and more efficient experience for Kiwis who were moving into and out of Auckland. Smart Express’s first van carried the motto, "when service really counts" and this continues to reflect in our work today. You, our customer, are the center of our company's culture and it is in our philosophy to provide you with the highest quality service possible."
