I'm a student in Palmerston North and flatting can be stressful and overwhelming but Unique Realty – Professionals Rentals have made it super easy. Signing the contract was a quick and easy process and was handled professionally. They always get back to our inquiries within a day and their communication is always clear with messages sent out to all members of the flat which is super helpful as I've had previous flats where the landlord/relator contacts only one person assuming they report back to everyone!. They also give us ample warning before coming to the house. Hopefully we'll get to stick with them next year :
Michelle͏ was very helpful hardworking and made our sale very stress free We found Michelle very easy to work with and nothing was too much trouble. She was realistic with what we could expect price wide and had research to show us where the market was at. Michelle was always warm and caring and kept us well updated on proceedings. Justin and Danny are great to have as Property Managers. They get things fixed quickly, and balance the relationship between Landlord/Tenant really well with good communication & honesty. Would highly recommend renting with them.
A-MAY-ZING Neville͏ was OUTSTANDING to work with! We were first time property sellers & really didn't know what to expect & Neville made the process so much easier than we could have anticipated. When presenting our appraisal he showed indepth knowledge of the current, local market & where the demand was. His communication was clear, honest & efficient. Nothing seemed to be a problem for Neville, he was super accommodating to our needs/wants etc. Would 150% recommend Neville & would definitely work with him again if the opportunity arises.
Great͏ Communication and excellent service Holly went above and beyond to make sure I was up to date as much as possible with every part of my house sale and the team worked hard to make sure my home was presented in the best possible light - and even did the vacuuming once or twice. I cannot recommend Holly enough.
As a tenant - have found Richmond to be really prompt at replying to any issues, with prompt action. Friendly to deal with. Not as inhuman as some other property managers out there which is nice.
