Not very good an take they time rather text you then call you with either you were successful or not that's why I have rated them so low unless they do better than I might consider changing my rating

Rescheduled everything around a house viewing as it's very important to us. Only to be notified 2 and a half hours prior to the viewing that it's been cancelled because someone has rented the place. Normally it's an understandable situation, but not when the booking was only made open in the afternoon the day before...
