I love KBS salon!nnI had booked an appointment a month ago with Minjun for a haircut and selected a long haircut + shampoo + style online because it was a long menu and I wasn't sure which option to go with. When I arrived early, he was able to start with me right away and was gentle but helpful with suggestions on the different haircuts I was considering. He also helpfully clarified his services and pricing and was completely fine with me deciding to get only a haircut with no additional services, which resulted in a more affordable price point.nnI don't speak any Korean, but he clearly understood my questions and requests, especially paired with Internet photos I had prepared beforehand.nn... and what can I say? I love the cut! He was clearly dedicated to the task and gave me his complete focus, even when other clients arrived and began to queue after me. He took his time and also did a great job blow-drying afterwards, with finishing touchups besides.nnThis excellent job would've earned them a 5/5 from me already, but besides his stellar work, they also informed me of a free eyebrow waxing promo they were doing today for undoubtedly promoting this service, given the before-and-after photos they took, and I scored this service with Emily, who called me an angel and did a lovely job. The wax was a comfortable temperature SO much more bearable than Brazilians and she was detailed and thorough with the shape, which meant a beautiful, clean result!nnThe people here are wonderful and unfortunately I live in the States, or I'd go to them for cuts my whole life, otherwise! About three weeks ago, I got my haircut done and later realized the length wasn’t quite what I originally wanted and asked for. When I called to book a follow‑up appointment, there were no available slots. But instead of turning me away, the owner went out of her way to help.nnShe offered me a time outside her normal operating hours, welcomed me in with kindness, and didn’t charge me a single cent for the adjustment. That level of care is rare. It shows how much she values her customers and takes pride in her work.nnI truly appreciate her generosity and professionalism. This is exactly why I’ve always come back — and why my husband and I will continue to. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Your kindness doesn’t go unnoticed.

Emily is absolutely amazing — she’s been cutting both my hair and my son’s, and always does a fantastic job. She’s incredibly gentle, patient, and caring, especially with my son, which I truly appreciate. It’s not easy to find someone who’s so skilled and kind, but Emily makes every visit feel comfortable and stress-free. Absolutely no complaints at all — highly recommend!
