A bit about our flame-roasted coffees . . .

Kahurangi Sunrise
This intriguing coffee is smooth but complex with a deep range of flavours, and very little bitterness. Serious morning people only!

Okari Dark Roast
A dark, rich roast of sun-dried beans, this unique coffee carries its body and flavour well into a deeper roast. Pull your hat down tight, mate, and take a deep seat ‘cause she’s a high kicker.

Mad Harry’s Gold
A unique character, Old Harry, and so is this artfully roasted coffee. Its unique characteristics have been described as “resonant, deep, with fruit-toned acidity, full body, and with rich idiosyncratic bottom notes.” A real aristocrat—just like Mad Harry!

Taniwha
Explosively aromatic, shimmering with wine notes, wild, exciting dark and pungent—a magical roast with a deep range of flavour, splendid on its own, or added to blends and espressos.

Paparoa Thunder
Bursting with flavour and as crisp as the Paparoas Mountains after a winter storm—best enjoyed in Swandri and gumboots over an open fire.
