The customer service in the shop is terrible. I complained about something and they said the regional manager would contact me... giess what nothing...!!! Clearly the service gets worse as you get higher! Thanks for never getting back to me and thats why I chose not to spend a dollar more in your shop!nnSo just an update on this review. The area manager, the shop manager chose to do nothing about the bad service they gave me! When you have bone idle incompetent staff and lazy management who cannot even ring back a customer you lose business. I chose not to purchase items from there but they don't care as ot is just another paying customer!!! Well done Kathmandu on doing nothing!!
12/4 Tauriko 5pm We went in to find some things I’d seen online- unfortunately not in stock. The staff member working was incredible though, awesome customer service, super helpful, cheerful and 100% deserves a pay rise!
I wanted Kathmandu boot laces. I came here because the Tauranga store had none and told me this store had some in stock. They didn't.nNot very good nor am I happy to have wasted my time coming here.

After spending 100's of dollars on jackets in store. u would think the company could atleast give u a bag to put ur purchases in, especially in the pouring rain. i understand the whole reduce reuse and recyle, but come on kathmandu.. until this issue is resolved i will not be coming back.
