I love the brand, the quality is decent and the price too. If you're lucky, you can get clothing during their sale.nFinding stock however, SO HARD! you can get the stock on hand checked but the location is spread as they put one product, one colour in multiple locations. I'm talking clothing articles. Apart from that it's a great store.
Very bad costumer service! Been there thrice and the staffs were very rude and unwelcoming. And to think that they were not very busy because there were a little costumer and not a busy day. When i reached the counter they didn’t even smile back when i gave them a smile instead they gave me a strict look face with raised eyebrows. They even told me rudely to return the clothes that I fitted in the proper place without saying please to think that it’s their job.
Had a lovely experience at H&M at the Crossings in Tauranga. I usually hate shopping for clothes but Maia was a true gem. She showed me outfits that would suit my shape and colouring. She even advised me on what looked good as I tried them on. It was like having a personal shopper. She always had a smile on her face while helping me or other customers. Thanks Maia for making clothes shopping enjoyable!
