Very helpful staff! I came here to pick up the tent - Kathmandu Retreat 40 in gum tree/pony colors, that has been held for us through the help of the staff in Kathmandu Petone. They have been helping us finding the reef walkers as well. We bought quite a complete camping gears here. The store is neat and easy to navigate. There are clearance items with additional 20% off racks, although not as many as the one in Petone. It is located in Wellington Airport retail shops area and it has enough parking space.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff on every visit. Most importantly I bought a 75L bag that caused me issues and they made me feel heard and gave me a full refund. All my other purchases have been flawless. They genuinely look after their customers.

I like shopping here, we have had some exceptional service and have once been allowed to take my dog in. I asked nicely and it was awful weather outside. I had amazing help recently when buying a back pack but then on a subsequent visit the service was a bit ‘brisk’. The store is large, clean and tidy and well stocked.

Nick and his team were amazing. I took a jacket back that was defective. We talked through the issues and Nick replaced it for a superior one. I was very happy and came away genuinely impressed. Thanks Nick and team.

Great service with some good specials.
Great selection of well made bags for commuting and tramping. Too many sales though, gives me the feeling I'm not getting a real bargain. The staff seem knowledgeable about their products.
