We had helpful and courteous service, and were able to buy what we needed for our travels. They had some specials on which were helpful as the prices are quite high.
The attendant new is stuff and he work hard but I did feel a bit rushed. I had bought 2 pairs of shoes from them.

Climbing shoes shop Visited this store sunday around 3pm Once I navigated my way through the mall and found the escalators to Narnia.. sorry bivouac. I was pleased to find a very well stocked store with a load of outdoor equipment. I was shopping for climbing shoes and met with a very knowledgeable staff member that helped me with my purchase.

Don't go much on the supervisors attitude or the way she treats her customers. Wouldn't be coming back to visit anytime soon.
Had a bad experience with customer service today. Wanted to find out if I could exchange the item for a different size with just a bank transaction records onlypurchased 2 weeks ago and lost the original receipt. But instead of politely explaining the policies, the staff member was responding suspiciously and unfriendly and not willing to assist. Made us feel very unwelcome as a customer. I don’t think I’ll go back there again. However, the quality of clothes is good and the other person who was assisting with initial purchase was very helpful and friendly.
It was awesome to come in first thing this morning after a lengthy lockdown to find not only superb customer service, but also an incredible range of clearance items. Was lucky enough purchase a number of items for a great price. Will definitely be back for more stuff.
