Hi I am the director of Kapiti Coast Property Mgt Ltd based at Tommys Real Estate at 116 Rimu Road, Paraparaumu.

I have been involved in property management for 12 years and know all the pitfalls and successes. I have had tenants with me for 10 years and still very happy with the service.
