Let's start with the good parts and there is no bad parts: very good service and nice atmosphere. The ok part was the food. I was hesitant to give it between 3 and 4 stars. Maybe because I expected better taste. For example the fried octopus was tasty but too dry or over cooked. The sushi was appealing but the taste felt flat. I really wanted to like it, but it just didn't do it for me.
DELICIOUS! Hidden gem on busy Giralda Ave. Cozy on the inside but there is outside seating also available. From the moment we sat down the staff were very prompt to serve us water and set the table. Our waiter was extremely patient with us and did not make us feel rushed to order. Everything on the menu sounds Devine so it was hard to choose. Good thing was all the rolls we ordered were outstanding. Love the fusion rolls they have. Hard to find great service AND great food but this place serves both.
This place was such a pleasant surprise! We came here for a date night hoping to get a memorable meal we are from Out of town and boy did this place deliver!! The waitress & waiters were so inviting, kind, and informative. We sat outside which was a really pleasant atmosphere with everything going on a round you. If you want something more intimate the inside also looks quite nice. Now the food?? Oh my goodness. This is by far the best restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time! We tried the tuna tartare my favorite of the evening and 5 other rolls. The salmon sensation was another incredible highlight, recommended by our waiter. The flavors and textures are just impeccable. We were both so impressed!!! The food here was more than a regular dinner but felt like an experience. This is the place I’ll definitely be recommending to anyone else that passes through! If you are thinking of trying it, please do and see for yourself

Exceptional sushi!! The Kai roll is a must-have and the Salmon Sensation is a great photo op and also absolutely delicious! There are tons of sushi spots near by this location but nothing tops Kae Sushi - I highly recommend.

Just wow. Creative rolls that are delicious. The sauces some rolls had could be a tad less but nothing bad. We and others did have to wait a very long time though, especially when the table next to us got dish after dish after dish. Mind you, eating each plate and getting others 2-3 more sequences before we even got one. Never seen this before, Seem whole kitchen staff was just doing their dishes.. when leaving it looked they were friends of owner and got a special treatment. Other than that, 5 stars.
Just delightful! So tasty and scrumptious! The employees are really nice and on point. Having dinner outside is refreshing and entertaining. I enjoy people watching and the beautiful lit up alley. Definitely, a new favorite place to dine at. It's fairly priced and worth it. If you're in the area do yourself a favor and check it out. We love this restaurant! We live in Coral gables and we tried a couple of sushi places and none of them were that good. We’ve been ordering a lot of take out since covid and wanted to find a closed by sushi place. I found Kae sushi on Uber eats a couple weeks ago and we liked the food a lot. I told my husband we definitely need to go and eat at the restaurant because I knew the fold would be a thousand times better. So we went tonight to have dinner and they didn’t disappoint. Kathy was our server and she went above and beyond with recommendations and her service. We are definitely going to be coming here on a frequent basis because we love to eat sushi.
I don’t even like sushi that much but DAMN this place is incredible! Just have the chef send you his favorites. Literally didn’t have a single bad dish and we ate a ton.
