We are dedicated to helping people find practical solutions to the problems of daily life through Buddhist philosophy and meditation. Everyone is welcome to attend our classes.

We offer three special spiritual programmes, designed by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, for the systematic study and practice of Kadampa Buddhism that are especially suited to the modern world.
