I am a regular customer and have been for some years. On Thursday 11th I visited for a general tidy up. Michelle, who tended to me gave me a razor cut rather than a scissors cut. It was without a doubt, the best cut I have had in years. She said I could request a razor cut in future if I don't get her. Brilliant! I will definitely keep going backService:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Appalling treatment on Friday. Came in at 12.55pm and asked the person booking me in if she personally could cut my hair as she did it last time, and it needed fixing. She said it would be a 15 minute wait and to come back. 35 minutes later she herself finally came back to the salon lunch apparently but said to other staff, in front of me, that she was leaving again to meet a locksmith. Customer satisfaction ZERO!  Thank you for your response Lauretta. The other stylists were not at fault. They were helpful, asked me why I was waiting, communicated that the woman I was waiting for was still at lunch but should be back shortly. Additionally they also told her, when she said she was leaving again straight away, that I was waiting for her specifically.

Michele cut and styled my hair beautifully. Much appreciated with her great service and advice on my hair type. She also advised on a new product for styling. Thanks so much Michele. Highly recommend her to others.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

The lady Michelle who works there is so lovely and was amazing at tidying up my young son's thick, long mop. He hates getting hair cuts but was very relaxed throughout the process and ended up with gorgeous tody hair!!Service:&nbsp;Kids' cuts
