I initially went in for a consultation as I wasn't sure if my mess of hair would be suitable for the cut I wanted. Immediately I was greeted by Nicole who was very encouraging, warm, and friendly. She explained my options until we settled on the right cut for me. It was PERFECT, fun, and very professional! She also gave me some much-needed advice specific to my hair type, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be returning when I need another cut.Service: Hairstyling
All aspects of service were wonderful, great wait times. Came in for a big cut, I didn’t quite know what I wanted and was super anxious. Paula was very supportive, practical and knowledgeable which gave me total confidence that I would love the result. Paula seemed perfectly fine doing a quiet cut for those who prefer it, but was such a wonderful person to talk to when we did start talking. Overall I love the cut, and the people are wonderful. I will definitely make them my go to.
I need to give a huge thanks to Daniel who cut & styled my son's hair this morning. Honestly, its the best cut & style my son's received since we moved to New Zealand. I found Daniel polite, professional & look forward to sending my other kids to Daniel for their haircuts. On a side note...As a customer I should be allowed to tip the hairdresser if I wish.....Daniel didn't want any extra monies but I got the feeling this is not permitted. Good service is hard to find...a good hairdresser is even more challenging to find. THANK YOU DANIEL, my son looks great !!!! Regards,Service: Kids' cuts
I came into store yesterday and got my haircut by Mae? She did a fantastic job and took the time to make sure it was cut correctly which I appreciated. Exactly what I wanted and very happy with the experience I received in store. I would highly recommend people to come to this store cause you'll no doubt get the same experience I did from Mae.
I came into the store without an appointment and got my haircut. The Lady took the time to make sure it was cut correctly and exactly what I wanted and I am very happy with the experience and result I received in store. The price is cheap, I highly recommend people to come.
Horrible haircut! My Mum came in here a while ago just to get a trim and it was only until we went to another hairdressers to get a treatment done that we realized what a horrible hair cut Justcuts had done! Not coming back!!
Came here to get my mums and daughters hair cut, the man cutting my daughters hair was just plain rude. To top it off the lady cutting my mums hair somehow managed a way to make it look horrible after all I asked for her to cut was just a trim. Definitely would not recommend
