About

Nutritionist and New Zealand Registered Dietitian

Story

Currently I’m working as the Lead Performance Nutritionist for the Wellington Phoenix A-League Football team, Canterbury ITM cup team, Tasman Makos ITM cup team, and the Tactix ANZ Netball team. I have also been the Crusaders Performance Nutritionist for the past 2 seasons.

I also have a Physical Education degree through the University of Otago, and am working towards a Masters of Exercise Science (strength and conditioning) through Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia.

I lecture in Sports Nutrition at the University of Canterbury and am a Sport Science consultant for the websites:

Let’s hope u have time to wait as they never have space. Never prioritize kids and always refer u to after hours or Riccarton clinic.
The team works really hard to get you in for an appointment or give advice to help you through.
Not friendly and very rude staff. Yes they are racially biased people. Waiting for another GP practice to be available at Rolleston.
