Story

About Jon and Mary

Jon completed a Business Degree specialising in Property Valuation at Massey University, began his career with the Valuation Department with subsequent work experience with Wellington City Council, Valuation New Zealand and Quotable Value.

Mary's background is in business administration, particularly in the customer services industry, and has worked in various organisations over the past 35 years.

Jon is a born and bred Wellingtonian. Wellington is a city both he and Mary love and know really well.

Jon Nanson Valuations was established in 2001 and has now been valuing property for over 30 years. Our specialty is residential, lifestyle, residential investment and insurance properties. We place strong emphasis on providing honest, independent advice to all our valuation clients.

The property management branch of our business has been operating for over 10 years and we have many satisfied clients. Our focus is always to provide our property owners with quality property management. We work for the property owner and treat their property as if it were our own.

Jon's professional memberships include the NZ Institute of Valuers and the Property Institute of NZ.
