Story

Clear Space Clear Mind is a Professional Organising Service based in Wellington/New Zealand. My name is Karen and I have always been very tidy to the extend that every piece of furniture in my doll’s house would be positioned accurately to the mm (quite sad, I know and not something I strive for with my own children). To the delight of my younger sisters I have started clearing my clutter from a very young age, sadly these days they don’t appreciate getting gifted my clutter anymore. After getting a commerce degree I have worked in a corporate environment mainly in project organisation, HR and accounting. In a variety of roles and a variety of organisations I had many opportunities to clear clutter and re-organise the workflow. Getting married to a more messy person and especially having children threw me off the bandwagon for a wee while so I know what it’s like to have a messy house with piles of clothes, books, paper and random stuff everywhere and the floor covered in cars, train tracks, beads, game pieces etc. It’s quite stressful and time-consuming searching for things all the time. And it’s also difficult to keep a cluttered space clean. I’d like to help you to create a peaceful and relaxing home, save money and time to enjoy the things you are truly passionate about.

My services are:

My prices are:
• Free Initial Consultation (up to 30 minutes)
• $55 per hour (Minimum of 2 hours per booking)
• $150 for 3 hour package
• $240 for 5 hour package
Thereafter negotiable.
Payment can be made in cash, cheque or direct credit before or on the date of service.

Included in the price is the supply of rubbish bags. If you wish I can take away any donations and drop them off at a charity and I can also discard a small amount of rubbish (up to one big rubbish bag) and recycling.
