Some shops inside the mall were exemplarily with amazing staff experiences. However, the mall was quite run down and old looking, the ceiling had mould and the floor is uneven. While the mall itself may be disappointing, there are some real gems hidden within the walls of the mall.
It's always a shame to see malls with so much potential fall apart as time comes, Hell. You can just feel that gloomy atmosphere the minute you walk into the Mall, Old booths that once had great stores resided in them are just abandoned. Can only hope it'll be better in the near future.
I had a terrible experience at Johnsonville Mall carpark today. I had a long salon appointment at 4 Seasons full set of lashes, nails, and full body wax. Anyone who understands how long these services take would know it’s impossible to finish within 3 hours.nnI exceeded the limit and was given an $80 ticket. When I spoke to the parking officer, he said he was just doing his job and told me to talk to the mall manager. The manager’s only advice was to park outside on the road or come out in the middle of my appointment to move my car. How is that realistic?nnI even showed proof of my appointments and bills, but she just said, “That’s our policy.” Honestly, who would want to come back to this mall if this is how they treat paying customers?
Sushi was nice. Ice cream store lady so friendly all the time. 2 dollar store is a charm for little knick knacks. The use of the empty store set up for people to sit is clever- better than leaving places empty and closed. Overall, the place can be a little more lively and upbeat. Needs that spruce to attract young people for movies/activities/games.
Tired, half-empty, boring. Dominated by the Woolworths. I don't know how the cafes and food stores stay open with so little traffic. Now that Schekter's Deli has moved, I can't think of a single reason to go there.
