I was highly disappointed in the service I received from Reubyn Bisschops- she didn’t seem to know how to read plans, told us what we wanted to hear rather than finding out the correct answer. Initially she was prompt and very friendly but once the sale was made she made me feel as though I was a problem with my queries and questions. She really didn’t make my first home purchase an enjoyable experience. I would not recommend her or this office over all.
Always look for honesty when choosing a real estate agent. The staff we dealt with here are very honest and very helpful, beyond just selling the house. They will work as a team and will adapt their plan rapidly to what you need. Don’t take any risks with your most valuable asset, choose Holmwood and ask for Jay, Reubyn, and Corina. If you are looking for Anything to do with 'Real Estate' a friendly, helpful & experienced team who know their stuff while you sit in comfort sipping coffee in their newly built luxury feels like a home office, not hassling you or being all 'Real Estatey' like agents...AND they listen to what you want This Is IT!!Thank you Simon & your team- love your work & the effort you & your team put in to make the whole process a drem.
Not sure if these people know what they are doing. In the last year, two inspections - first one complained of mould in the bathroom and blamed me - however if they had looked more closely they would have seen it was behind the beading and had been there since I moved in in 2013 - no remedial action to fix it. The final inspection after I had moved out due to their management decline over the past year, they couldnt find certain items, so I provided a response to where the items were - you guessed it they found it. They also send out emails of notices - one said was for a repair when in fact it was for a quote for a heat pump, the other again was for repair but then went on to say it was to allow a person to view the property. Clearly communication skills are lacking or oh Ive got a template that will do. They then wanted me to arrange a time for the heat pump to be installed. I wonder do I look like a property manager? Then threatened to send me a vacate package when I didnt immediately respond to their request re renewal - which they weren't allowed to do as I only had to contact them 21 days prior. Couldn't make an informed decision re renewal,as the offer was: do you want to renew for another 12 months? Nothing about pricing or anything else ie possible insulation needing to be done. I was also robbed twice. on the second time I asked for a lock to be put on the vestibule door to make it more difficult for burglars - no response. In four years the only maintenance was to install another smoke detector. All repairs were met promptly.
Amy & I both work here as property consultants-Beautiful new building- how could I not give this top rating??
