Alan was professional from his first point of contact to completion of the sale. He’s also really approachable and likeable, which is important from a buyers perspective too. He handled issues that arose with clarity. The sale had a few complex issues to navigate being part of a body corporate, and Alan was a step ahead of the process throughout. I was really impressed with the way he communicated with everyone involved and have no hesitation in recommending Alan. I would absolutely engage his services again in the future.
