Having travelled and adapted to many different environments, Jo Glancy knows that no two people are alike and everyone wants something different from their home.
Jo has lived and travelled in many parts of the world; Of Scottish and Irish descent but raised in Malawi, East Africa, Jo’s parents were teachers moving around many exotic countries such as Brunei, China and France. After being educated in Edinburgh and then Dundee University she was attracted to the bright lights of London.
Jo commenced her real estate career selling high end properties in West London, namely Chiswick and Richmond, before her aspiration to move to New Zealand.
She immigrated to the North Shore in 2006 and is very empathetic to how “scary” it may seem for people moving their life to a new country. But as well as priding herself on matching the best people to the best properties, she also has a wealth of local knowledge to help with that sometimes daunting transition of moving homes.
Jo’s experience in marketing property and negotiating contracts bridges two continents and twenty one years of selling quality real estate. Having just represented her previous company at The New Zealand Expo in the UK, Jo gained a wealth of knowledge of the international property market and a renewed passion for finding people moving to New Zealand their dream home.
She is dedicated to working on behalf of her clients in a stress-free manner that ensures the whole buying or selling process is one they would wish to experience again.
