Have been with them for two years and realize that they are fine as long as you are not counting on them to fulfill their side of the deal by actually reimbursing your medical expenses in the time indicated in their promotional material. All of a sudden the "under ten days" to be reimbursed once you have sent in your facture becomes "titre indicatif" when they decide to drag their feet. Funny it only happens when the amount to be reimbursed is slightly important. Of course you get no real solutions when speaking with customer service, just the same script regurgitated for the upteenth time by some bored millennial. For the more than 1000€ they receive from me, I expect better. Update to one year April 2021 later and things have gotten exponentially worse. Hence the three stars have gone down to one. No way to contact anyone in order to get things moving forward - even the chat takes a day to get back to you if not more. Again they owe me a relatively important sum of money and they have shown themselves to not be reliable and incompetent.
