Attitudes by staff are not the way to be when having a shop in what is considered THE HOOD , community & locals will treat shop owners the way they are treated , if they feel a different way you will soon start having problems like robbed , stolen from , windows smashed & graffiti... then eventually ran out of otara..nIf you want your business to survive atleast SMILE..
Pretty good most days but sometimes out of stock on certain items for quite some time. Prices aren't to bad but there are cheaper spots than here and often the chiller is off leaving us with room temperature alchohol.
