You walk in and order at the counter. Waitress was very nice. I had questions about gluten free and she gave a gf options menu. Food came out as ordered and quickly. The beef brisket sandwich , and coleslaw were good gf bun was an awesome surprise. I loved the self serve bbq sauce counter, and drinks are self serve. I had the pulled pork sandwich with two sides cornbread and Mac n cheese. The pulled pork sandwich did not disappoint. There was no cartilage or an excessive amount of fat in my sandwich so it was easy to chew. There were many sauces to choose from to add some more flavor to the sandwich. However, when it came to the Mac n cheese, the flavor and texture was lacking.
Half rack of ribs brisket beans Mac and cheese awesome food. I didn't get the names of the staff on duty tonight. They were very courteous and great to talked to. If your ever in this neck of the woods stop by you won't be disappointed.Food: 5/5
This place is in my top 5 for best brisket, highly recommend the fatty brisket sandwich! I normally like brisket plain no bread, sauces, etc so I can actually taste the meat, but this sandwich was really good. The brisket was just fatty enough to be moist and flavorful without being all fat. I arrived in the afternoon when it was fairly slow, and my food came out very quickly. Both employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. As with most bbq restaurants, it's not exactly cheap. $9 for just a sandwich is pricy, but you do get quite a bit of meat. Definitely stop by if you're in the area!
Really good brisket. My only complaint is that the bread used for the sandwich was very dry that day. Our friend who we went with assured us that it isn't always like that though so hopefully next will be better. The Mac and cheese is my favorite. Reminds me of my late grandma's recipe
The ribs were very exceptional. I apreciate all the diversity in sauces as well. Also very good compliments to the bathrooms being very clean. I do think the disposal of the trays should have larger holes to put the trash through to avoid getting a mess in the patrons however that did not effect my experience.
The new chicken sandwich is amazing! Get the Nashville Hot one for sure. Great coleslaw on it too help cool it down. Always enjoy eating here when we visit the in-laws.Food: 5/5
Really great BBQ. Tried Pulled pork, sliced chicken, brisket, fatty brisket, and smoked sausage. All of them were fantastic. They each have their own smoke profile, so if you like a little, a lot, or in between they have it all. The Sauces were good, Cowboy was the tables favorite. Sides we tried Coleslaw, Cornbread, mac and cheese, and fries. All of them were very good. The fries stood out for the crispiness, and seasoning. Definitely would come back, and recommend as a good place to stop at.

I'm pretty disappointed in this trip, I specified on the order to put the sauce on the side for my brisket,and I get home and no sauce in the bag, and no sauce on the brisket either. And my partners pulled pork didn't have the sauce on it either. I talked this place up and now I look like a fool. I paid for extra sauce on the side and made a special trip to pick it up. It's going to be awhile before I think of coming back.
