Kim and Jess Taylor are Ray White Hamilton’s highly successful mother and daughter sales team.
Kim has been in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years, whilst Jess gained her license in 2014 after initially being Kim’s personal assistant. They thoroughly enjoy working together and their vendors love the fact that they have two agents working for them with different sets of skills (and for the price of one!).
Kim has won numerous awards throughout her career, which began in Manawatu. She was also in the top 3 at Ray White Hamilton for 2015 overall! Owning numerous investment properties, she has full understanding of buying properties to build wealth. She particularly enjoys working with people building investment portfolios and has a number of clients who purchased their first investment property with her, and now have substantial rental portfolios as a result of her continuing advice. Creating a repeat client base through trust and confidence is paramount to Kim. Kim was also a Ray White Elite Member for 2015.
Jess is still fairly fresh into the real estate industry. Despite this, she achieved a substantial amount of sales throughout her first year, becoming a top agent at Ray White and soaring into her companies Top 10 for 2015! She is full of enthusiasm, ambition and integrity and has great knowledge of successful marketing techniques, particularly though social media. Having a real estate agent as a parent has been extremely influential in her desire to succeed in the industry. Because of this advantage, she has had the opportunity to be educated on many crucial elements involved in real estate that others have not. Jess received the 'Rookie Of The Year' award from the Ray White group for Hamilton 2015.
