Story

Lugton’s was established in 1955 by the late R.B (Bruce) Lugton and was originally known as Lugton Mills (Land) Limited. While the size and scope of the company has changed over the past 50 years, what has remained consistent is Lugton’s in-depth knowledge of the Hamilton Real Estate market and our goal to build the most trusted and successful Real Estate agency in Hamilton.
Today, Lugton’s Ltd is an independently owned and operated business, and has 5 offices strategically located within Hamilton.
Our staff consists of over 65 specialist residential, residential section, and lifestyle sales people, and a strong property management division supported by highly experienced management and administration team.
For over 50 years Lugton’s contribution to the expansion of Hamilton has seen the company involved in the development and marketing of many landmark subdivisions throughout the city.
