I've had great experiences with lodge on a few occasions. I've dealt with both Manu Nana and Jason Young and have really appreciated their professionalism and honesty. Jason helped sell my last property which was all very stress free and did not feel pressured at all.

Poor service update with potential tenants, who don't hear back from this team at all - You guy's are the only team, i've dealt with that don't send updates to viewers! That's pretty slack!!!! Your suppose to update viewers, so they don't go out of their way chasing you down for an update on what happen!  I am not gonna deal with these people, and i'm glad our friend ain't going too with her houses anymore either!

Tony Tang is a great Real Estate Agent. I was so impressed with his service and honesty.  Would have not hesitation in recommending his services to anyone.

Big Team Tony Tang, too big and busy to care. Broken promises, never answered his cell phone, even the branch manager himself was using 'too busy' as an excuses for poor customer services. Don't make promises you can't keep. If you say you will call customer back, then do it within 24 hours, at least. Our feeling is that these guys did not take long term views with us, if you are not cash/preapproved buyers, they are not really interested in you as customers, end of the story.  There is a common theme of poor customer service for this team from other reviewers.
