went in for the Tuesday burger deal, burger, fries and a pint for $22.nthe service from the Indian guy who was in training was excellent! friendly and helpful, big smiles and made us feel welcome even tho we had a raskel kid with us hahannI wasn't super impressed with the burger, it was fine, just an average burger but not anything particularly special.
We had a tasty and good sized meal. We just walked in and were fortunate to be able to choose a table. Service was very good and food okay. Thank you to the team.
$22 burger, fries, and beer / soft drink deal was a good for a group. The beast was big and juicy. The Cajun chicken was tender and flavourful. The fish burger a bit overcooked. The veggie burger just average. The plain cheeseburger left the kids satisfied. Can’t fault it for the price, but I won’t be returning to try anything else as the rest of the menu and environment wasn’t to my taste. Atmosphere and lighting also need an improvement.
Came here a few weeks ago for dinner & beyond impressed. Hubby & I both had the pork ribs with beer battered fries + choc brownie with ice cream. The meals were large & ribs slid right off the bone. By far some of the best we’ve ever had.nnOnly concern is my husband noticed the lady’s in the kitchen were not wearing hair nets when preparing & serving food which didn’t seem right.nnAside from that friendly staff & lovely place with a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend & will be back again!
We ordered the Jellicoe platter meat platter, It definitely needs to come with some sort of sauce with it as it’s extremely dry without one. Luckily we had also ordered some wedges so we used sauces from that. The steak was terrible, over done & chewy & the right cutlery wasn’t provided Steak knives so was having a hard time trying to cut with a butter knife. My mum ordered a margarita & I ordered a Long Island iced tea, Please put someone who actually knows how to mix drinks on cocktails, They were horrible & tasted nothing like they are suppose to. I practically left my whole $18.50 Long Island on the table along with the steak that was barely touched. My mum also had to mix her margarita with my sisters Lemon Lime & bitters to make it somewhat drinkable & it was still horrible. Highly disappointed especially for the price. Hopefully this serves as constructive criticism & something is done about it.
