Bid on a live auction Thursday. I bid and won on a vehicle . Got to Vtnz in Wiri to find the vehicle rego had been lapsed. This was not mentioned in the auction anywhere. Waste of time and waste of money.Buyers be aware, do your search before bidding and would recommend to pay at counter not online.

After finally getting an answer on the phone they gave me a cellphone number of one of there salesman as well as they were going to pass my number on to someone else in there team...i called the salesman about 4 times never got answered 1 week later never heard from anyone obviously these guys make to much money, ill buy a truck from turner's instead they always answer or call you back. Plus if this is what there sales service is like id hate to see there after sale's service..plus i definitely won't be selling any of my trucks through these guys when they don't chase up buyer's...
Wow, great staff, made this trade so eazy to complete. If the staff here continue this level of service, this company is going to take a large market share of the auctions business in Auckland. Great work Guys.
Cheap cars,good deals, awesome
Have done a lot of business with you guys in the past and have always had a good experience. Today the receptionist I spoke to was rude and unaccommodating. Didn't really seem like she wanted to help. Long and short I personally wouldn't want to deal with you anymore because of her manner.
I buy the odd car from here. Premiums are a bit high for what they offer. Car selection is a lot smaller than turners. The people are great to deal with and I’ve had no issues.
Have bought many cars here and it’s always a breeze. In the end it’s an Auction house and you have to make sure you’re happy with the condition of the car you’re getting. If you go blindly on photos and description you’ll get stung anywhere. Always friendly on the phone too.
