2 days ago I brought 2 x vouches, staff were extremely helpful, I also made enquires about purchasing a coffee machine, the staff member was very helpful, explaing in great detail how to operate. Will definitely shop here again.
Staff are friendly and reasonably helpful. The biggest let down is that they do not restock their physical media. They seem to get one allocation and that is it. Disappointing, as I don't trust couriered items from their online store as they have a relatively high rate of damage.
Awesome new store, modern fit out, similar to the newish ones in Australia. Staff are friendly and proactively offer to help. A large site for all your needs. Ample parking spaces in front of mall entrance or basement of the mall. The new JB store interior does makes others in the vacinity looks old and out dated Noel Leeming, Heathcotes, Harvey Norman. Recomended for a visit, you will be impressed.
