Awesome new store, modern fit out, similar to the newish ones in Australia. Staff are friendly and proactively offer to help. A large site for all your needs. Ample parking spaces in front of mall entrance or basement of the mall. The new JB store interior does makes others in the vacinity looks old and out dated Noel Leeming, Heathcotes, Harvey Norman. Recomended for a visit, you will be impressed.
Walked in and heard 3 staff near the front door mocking someone, I was obviously then too uncomfortable to interrupt the staff to ask for help. Took me 20 minutes to figure out what cord I needed with Google and the JB HI FI website, and no one asked me if I needed assistance or even acknowledged me until I went to the counter to pay for my item where the cashier was very efficient and sounded incredibly knowledgeable of the stores policies as he explained them to the customer before me.
ordered a CD online to click and collect, but recieved a message to say the one i ordered and paid for wasn’t in stock.ninstead of refunding me or saying “too bad” they supplied me with the deluxe edition of the album at no extra cost, and apologised for the inconvenience. great store doing great work.
My Son and I came looking for a phone and we're very impressed with staff member Maz's no pressure no upsell meet our needs approach very patient and polite what customer service should be like. Thanks Maz from Darrel and Shirley.
The worker Lily was EXCEPTIONAL help, it was just splendid. She brought tears to my eyes as she offer to go into the BACKROOMS *gasp* and look for a product!! I was amazed by her courage. 10/10 would recommend asking for her help.
