Awesome new store, modern fit out, similar to the newish ones in Australia. Staff are friendly and proactively offer to help. A large site for all your needs. Ample parking spaces in front of mall entrance or basement of the mall. The new JB store interior does makes others in the vacinity looks old and out dated Noel Leeming, Heathcotes, Harvey Norman. Recomended for a visit, you will be impressed.
Had a terrible experience when I bought my PlayStation during their sale, The person was in the floor was nice but don’t have any ideas about the finance option that been advised during their promotion and the person was at checkout wasn’t really helpful either. Please train your staff properly. Never had a bad experience with Harvey Norman or Noel Leeming as they always treat their customers well. They reason why I shopped JB this time just for their gift card promotion nothing else.
Wanted to buy a really good pair of headphones. I knew the brand I wanted JBL I wasn't set on the model as there are so many with similar functions and specs. I was willing to spend between $350 to $500 for a decent pair. The sales guy and the manager who served me missed 3 different opportunities to upsell me a more expensive pair. After choosing a midrange pair then applying my Boost discount $40 i said to the manager why would i not get the more expensive pair? To which the manager chuckled. I waited a second for him to try to upsell, but he didn't even try. I was disappointed for them. I walked out with a $120 after my discount pair of headphones. I'm happy with my purchase,
19-APR-2024 - Popped in to buy a Logi USB Bolt adapter. Staff were quick to ask if they could help me and very helpful in locating the item. Did take a bit of time, but I understand it's not easy to located a small brown nondescript box. With help we found it and I was happy with the service.
This store needs training for how to deal with a customer with Consumer guarantee act issue. They completely ignored my request for widely known issue with my TV and totally rejected my request to deal my case under CGA. I had to go to the manufacturer directly , who honoured my request and give me the refund agreeing my case was genuine. The other JB Hi-Fi stores dealt with similar cases and helped customers for the replacement of their tvs under cga. I don’t recommend this store.
