Well after my amazing experience in Pukekohe store I went to the Hamilton store as needed 2 Dreame stick Vacumns another awesome service and help and producr was already for pick up.nI have got to say staff across both stores and managers it was exceptional experience.
Minnie helped my wife and I get the phone and phone plan we wanted. She made sure to do everything right, double checked with her manager that she was doing things right, and still got us out the door in record time we had to get leaving fast for the caves. The experience and customer service was fantastic 10/10 would shop again.
I recently acquired a new phone for my partner from the store, and was assisted by one of the amazing sale staff Ocean. She made the entire process remarkably smooth and effortless. Thank you, Ocean, for providing us with such an exceptional service!!!
Service ain’t what it used to be. The vibes were better back on Barton street. Now most of the staff are kids who seem miserable to be there.nnOh well, I’ll keep going as long as the price is right!
I was hoping to exchange an item DVD Player I’d bought a couple of days earlier, that wasn’t working: The first staff member Hugo was very polite and helpful; unfortunately the person he had to call to process the exchange was grumpy and rude: As someone who very much appreciates retail staff, and the hard work they do, especially this time of year; I don’t as a rule make comment when people are having a bad day; but this was next level.
