Jayco Auckland

Thanks to all the reviewers. Am in the market for a caravan but heard mixed reviews on the Auckland dealership which have been confirmed here. As a result, I shall investigate other avenues, as well as Christchurch dealership that has excellent reviews.

Easy to find. Only billed me $5.00 for 2 plastic hinge pins. Second hand very hard to find so didnt mind too much.

After checking on Jayco's website for opening hours popped down from north of Auckland, had our son and daughter in law come from the same area in a different car. Was very disappointed that they were not open.

A great team that offer good service. We could not be happier with our new Jayco

Dealt with Mitchell, very helpful, showed us motorhomes that fitted close to our criteria, but also gave us time to look on our own

Challenging as any corporate.Look good on the outside..but their policies and systems are not always customer oriented. Unfortunately I lost trust in them.
