Ordered a replacement header tank for my ‘98 Toyota Estima. Fits and works perfectly, and for a good price. Shipping was also quick to Australia about a week. Fenix must be one of the only places left shipping these units new!
This issue has been resolved I shipped back the radiator. Its cost me $70 to have the wrong part shipped around the country Fenix thank you for your response. I have had a phone call from MiataParts it seems there is a member of staff in your Auck branch that is making it difficult to resolve this issue. MiataParts will be calling you to resolve the issue. I bought, via a 3rd party supplier, a Fenix Radiator & it doesn't fit my car! I called Fenix Chch & asked if they had a part for the model of my car & they quoted the part number for my car which the Auck branch supplied assuring me it fits my car yet it doesn't! My qualified mechanic of over 30 years experience couldn't fit the radiator without modifying the car and radiator first which I do not want. Chch branch say return it for a refund yet Auck branch refuse to refund me. I have photos proving this part does not fit. I don't recommend these people & am still waiting for my refund. My mechanic sourced another radiator elsewhere which fitted no problem
3 star review, would be 5, but my partner and i bought a radiator for aVZ v6 commodore, advertised on TradeMe as a factory replacement and the trans cooler lines won't fit, the fittings are different to factory.
Ordered 2 Datsun 1000 radiators, even messaged to confirm they were 1000, when radiators arrived they were 1200 radiators, staff were helpful if refunding but not knowing your own products is unprofessional at its best, also being located in Australia I lost 4 weeks and PayPal fees.
Isaac at the front counter is extremely rude and no customer service skills at all. Highly recommend not to deal with fenix radiator services if this is the best customer service they provide. We didn't ask for a discount as we already were putting on account. At no point were we asked to provide a order number as the staff called Issac spoke to the account holder and was instructed to put on account. Also we domt know the price as it was charged on account so not sure how you can ask for a discount when you don't know the price to start with.
Friendly helpful staff ,who are knowledgeable as well. And make a great product to boot!
Helpful but more care may be required. Confusion re JH Vs JH Auckland.
The best service! I ordered my radiator yesterday which I couldn't find anywhere else in the country and it turned up today, awesome! Thanks Fenix team keep up the great work
