Visit us at Epsom Normal Primary School Hall to have 2 free lessons, and find out if you enjoy the training.

The classes will help you gain confidence, self discipline, self control, self understanding and respect for other people.

We teach traditional Japanese Karate taught to us by the JKA masters in Japan.

In our Dojo we like to ensure that the students who attend our classes learn the very basics of the martial art before progressing.

We pay a lot of attention to each student and their core skills, because if a student does not have strong basics they will advance slowly.

We are closely associated with JKA Auckland, and a few other clubs in the Auckland region, this means that sometimes we might train at other clubs, so students spar with new partners and meet other students.

We also attend seminars where some of the best JKA instructors come to Auckland and teach both high and low grade students. These are excellent ways at learning the in depth meanings for moves and how things are performed.
