So glad I got mechanical warranty and roadside when I bought my car. They have so far covered each claim and no delays to getting work done. When speaking on the phone with customer service they were very helpful and happy to explain how claims work. Roadside assistance was very compassionate when I broke down on the side of the road and sent a salvage truck out straight away. 10 out of 10 would buy again
Pretty prompt service and answers to questions. Worst thing was them trying to insist on taking the car to a garage I had never dealt with before and not a service agent for my brand of car - I had to insist on taking it at my personal cost of $400 with no help from them at all - it would have cost them to transport my car to the local garage and that cost should have at least been put towards needing to go further afield!! Not happy and suggest their policy wording be changed to allow a vehicle to be sent to the proper service agent who I always deal with even if not in the same town, who has the right tools and expertise to fix the car and is who would continue to service the car! Otherwise no problems with getting the correct new partsfrom overseas and the installation cost all covered no hesitation. If you have a problem phone them right away, would have saved me my only issue!
I don't think I've ever had such a seamless mechanical Warranty experience. I called them when I had an issue with my Audi after I'd had a mechanic/auto sparky diagnose it to know if I needed to claim. The alternator had failed. They dealt with our mechanic directly from there and were easy to deal with, straightforward and settled the claim really quickly once the work was completed. The contractor I used said they were easy to deal with on his side of things too. Very happy and would recommend Janssen to all dealers looking to sell mechanical warranties & all car owners seeking a mechanical warranty. Thanks to the staff who assisted me with my claim.
I didn’t hear from anyone after two days of my car being inspected so I contacted your claims department and was told they were waiting for the service history. I then contacted the Mazda dealership and then Mr Motors myself to arrange for the service history. Disappointing that I had to follow up to arrange this, how long were you going to wait until the follow up? In the meantime I bead not using my car and was inconvenienced
Janssen Insurance are brilliant. Our first claim went through no problem at all. They purchased the parts needed immediately and were straight onto it with the garage. My wife and I are very happy with our decision to go with them.
The claims process with Janssen was great aswell as the roadside assistance, however - its important to read some of the fine print. If you have more than one thing to be repaired at once the excesses are separate and also the insurance is not transferable if you have had a claim. The service is great, the policy isn't considering how much you pay.
The service I received by Janssen Insurance was excellent the speed & understanding of my situation was 2nd to none. a long with the service, politeness & understanding from there repair service provider R&S Automotive Ltd. My cars repairs were completed in 1 day. I am happy I chose Jannsen Insurance.
I am happy with Janssen Insurance and my experience related to my claim is very satisfactory. This is the first time, I am with Janssen and I will highly recommend to all to go with this company. Satisfied

Ripped off. I asked for full insurance accident etc and was asked if I wanted to pay extra for windscreen cover, which I did. Turns out when I checked later I only had mechanical insurance and no glass cover! Do not recommend, and they won't transfer the insurance to one I actually need. Waste of money, thank God I didn't need to claim. Going through a proper insurance company now. Horrible feeling realizing I've been driving uninsured for the first time in my life! Makes me feel sick.
