Other services such as claims management, risk transfer advice, risk management and premium funding are also available.

Absolutely appalling customer service! Been with them a few years now, the first guy Mark we had was great, then this year on renewal we wanted to review our cover and the lady we got was rubbish. No contact from her post our initial meeting, had to follow up with the admistrator to get the authority documents sent through, documents were finally sent with the incorrect details which we questioned twice and never heard anything back. About two months on and still haven't heard...we have given up chasing. Do not trust they would do what they need to correctly, very unprofessional and disappointing! Would not recommend!
Terrible waste of money! -> Spent 5 years paying for my cover over 5K and when it was time to do one urgent $600 dollar claim I was told that I needed to see different doctors over 3h drive away to get new paperwork for the claim to be reassessed before anything was done. Useless on the phone as the guy literally said the word "no" about 20 times. This is the most disappointing experience I have EVER had with any insurer, they are clearly in the business of collecting money and denying claims. Stay away at all cost!
Went through the process of getting a quote for my business. Was unsure of exactly how much cover I needed so asked for two quotes of differing levels. After extremely slow response times to any calls or e-mails I was able to send them all the information for a quote. They then sent me only the highest quote number which was much higher than I had been told by someone else in the same industry as me. After asking for the quote amount for the lower cover they just stopped answering calls and e-mails. Absolutely useless and just a waste of time.
Worst company ever. Provided me a policy for agreed value then while paying paid me market value even though it clearly said AGREED VALUE on my policy. The staff are not helpful as well, they don’t bother answering phone call or replying to email. They are rude and don’t know what customer service is. They don’t know how to read the policy as well. Different people say different things example when buying the policy I had email proof of the amount my vehicle was insured for which I forwarded to the company but when it came to the person who dealt with it, she was saying something completely different. Had to run around for a month before my money got released. Don’t ever go there, they are useless.
I am very happy with Apex insurance not like other insurance company that u have to sign things that u have to stay for 2 years.. with Apex they did an amazing job for my insurance just like what i want to.. Will Leang is very helpful he even called me when my husband was having trouble with other insurance.. i highly recommend this insurance company... :
