Story

People who know me would say I’m seen as a personality, one you can relate to and trust. For me it’s about taking the sales pressure out of real estate and making the approach easy and connections between people and houses natural.

I have the valuable support of my husband, Mark Davenport, a well-known and respected Mortgage Advisor. Mark is the Principal of Mortgagesure, Mortgage and Insurance Services in Hawke’s Bay. Mark has been able to assist my vendors and my purchasers on many occasions with sound, professional and unbiased advice when required.

When time allows, I am passionate about our local environment to the extent of being on the executive consultative committee of the Landmarks Trust. Landmarks Trust is Hastings District Council’s philosophy of creating civic pride and community identity through quality in architecture, landscape, art in public places and history. Along with a small team, I helped create the ‘Street As Awards’ – A Hastings Landmarks Trust initiative, made possible with the support of Simon Tremain as Gold Sponsor and the Hastings District Council. These street awards are an exciting way of improving the look of properties and making our district more appealing to visit.
