Story

Tim started in the Real Estate industry over 12 years ago, with the past two years being at Property Brokers where his dedicated market savvy approach has made him a successful part of the team. We believe Tim’s attention to detail and superior IT skills, along with his integrity, sheer determination and broad knowledge of the real estate industry as a whole, are attributes that assure his clients the highest level of service.



Melissa has recently joined Property Brokers to work alongside Tim; she has a true interest in property and people so it made perfect sense for her to follow her passion for property into the world of real estate. With a range of complementary skills, she will work with you, giving honest advice and realistic expectations about your property, as she believes there is no point having an agent that simply tells you what you want to hear.



In their down time Tim and Melissa, who live in Akina, enjoy spending time with their children at the beach, sports and social events within the local community. Tim also enjoys a range of water sports and fishing, while Melissa adores getting out for a ride on one of her horses in the beautiful Hawkes Bay countryside.
