Story

Island Bay Tennis and Squash Club is one of Island Bay's long standing sporting complexes. Opened in 1971 the club has three squash courts and three plexi-pave tennis courts. It also has an upstairs lounge area, kitchen, bar and a deck over-looking the tennis courts. The facilities are ideal for corporate meetings, community events and social functions.
The club is renowned for its relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, successfully mixing casual and competitive sporting activities in a responsible and inclusive social environment. By its location and nature the club is community focussed.

Our senior members and parents are seeking to grow tennis and squash participation by juniors and teens from the local community and to provide good role models for these young people.
