Iron Ridge Quarry

Cool place with interesting sculptures. Reasonable fees, $16 per person with complimentary tea, coffee & water. The steel horse is awesome! Theres an interesting chair to take in the views of the valley, you'll have to try it to see what its about.

A friend suggested that I should check this place out. It was definitely worth the short detour off state highway 1. Amazing sculptures in such a serene landscape. Raymond is quite the artist.

Fantastic day with my girlfriends, first time went there, lovely garden with interesting sculptures, had fun on th bike with th fan, my fav is the horse sculpture.. We then chose a lovely spot to hav our picnic..

An amazing location and good day trip from Christchurch. Scenery is simply stunning. Owners welcoming. Prepare to take a lot of photographs. Lots of kinetic sculptures.

Great place to visit. Some very clever craftspeople on display. Will be somewhere I'll recommend to anyone visiting from out of town.
