They will take advantage of your lack of understanding of the building industry or English skills and up sell you things that they themselves have advertised as included in their product line in the hopes of making a few extra bucks. Avoid at all cost, or at the very least get an independent construction professional to check over everything before building with these builders and their scumbag sales people.
