I had a mixed bag experience with the staff at this location. My first experience was very good, she didn't know what I asked but found out quickly. She was polite and helpful. The person following her was grouchy, couldn't follow instructions and was antagonistic about it. I walked away from my purchase to not deal with her
Staff was very helpful to find a marine quality red light a friend has recommended to look for kiwis! And of course I bought two bluff specialnNew Zealand edition. A lot of good and gears for hunting, fishing and the outdoor in general .
My partner went in here on Sunday 7th June 2026, looking for a different wetsuit to the one he has currently.nHe enquired with a staff member about the overall type ones that zip up, the team member wasn't at all interested.. in fact, he walked away while my partner was still speaking to him.nThe wetsuit my partner was enquiring about was $700, which he was prepared to pay. But you guys lost the sale!nDo better
I went in to get my daughter crocs for her birthday they didn’t fit and she wanted a different colour anyways so I returned them and one of the staff said she should just be grateful for whatever she gets. Because of this I got the store gift card instead of exchanging the crocs for ones the right size. She never got her main birthday present.
