We went in today to get items for my son’s camp. The staff were so helpful. I was confused and the staff that helped us made finding what we needed so much easier. My son was so happy with how it went and we will definitely be back. Thanku so much
Great selection of products with very helpful staff
Hunting and fishing has been a go to place of mine for a long time. Great service, Pretty decent selection of equipment and clothing. This is my go to place for duck hunting season prep, fishing season and general rainy days for something to do. Staff are exceptional and there is so much good stuff. Well worth a visit. Need to know something? There will be a staff member that can help you. Awesome
UPDATE:nI have visited H & F several times since this experience. The customer service has improved dramatically- thank you.nMy partner went into H & F today, he wanted to purchase binoculars and fishing lures. He tried to get the attention of the owner and 2 other male staff members - one staff member was on his mobile and they all blatantly ignored him. My partner had no issue with spending money for the right product and ended up taking his business to H & J Smith where he received excellent customer service.
Staff were friendly and amazingly helpful it was a really positive experience. Thanks team!
