Staff was very helpful to find a marine quality red light a friend has recommended to look for kiwis! And of course I bought two bluff specialnNew Zealand edition. A lot of good and gears for hunting, fishing and the outdoor in general .
Stopped in here today to enquire about fishing, the young fella that approached me was very knowledgeable and helpful. The lady behind the till was friendly and even gave me a little discount and a free cup to take home. Highly recommend I'll be back for future purchases thanks
Another great store,even though I didn't purchase anything,all staff were very helpful in the department and knowledgeable.
I was passing through and bought a cast iron pot, unfortunately when I got home I found this was severely damaged. After reaching out to them they accepted the photos I sent and they issued an immediate refund, meaning I didnt have to do half a day of travel just to return a pot. Whilst it was a shame not to get the pot, these things can happen and I felt that it was dealt with well once they saw the pictures. Thanks to Karen to working it through, they must have to deal with a lot of time wasters so I appreciate it and will drop by again when I next pass through.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
